Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MyFloodReview. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Our Service

MyFloodReview, operating as Flood Risk Intelligence™, provides independent flood risk intelligence reports and analysis for residential and commercial property owners. Our service is operated by John Richardson, a Licensed Insurance Professional (NPN21235461) and FEMA/Flood Mapping Specialist, based in Washington State.

IMPORTANT: MyFloodReview provides independent informational analysis only. This service is NOT an offer of insurance, legal advice, engineering analysis, or surveying. Our reports are based on publicly available data and are intended to help property owners better understand their flood exposure — not to replace professional advice.

2. Services Offered

We offer three levels of Flood Risk Intelligence™ reports:

Insurance quote assistance is available separately upon request through a licensed agent engagement. Quote services are provided independently from the analysis report.

3. What Our Reports Include and Exclude

Our reports are based on publicly available data sources including FEMA Flood Map Service Center, FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps, USGS watershed datasets, and county GIS parcel records. Reports reflect data current at the time of analysis.

Our reports do NOT include:

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through our secure online order form. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due at time of order submission.

By placing an order you confirm that:

5. Report Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally by email within 2–3 business days of order receipt. Each report is individually reviewed before delivery. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and property complexity. You will receive a confirmation email upon order submission.

If you do not receive your report within 5 business days, contact us at support@myfloodreview.com.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our reports and the research involved in their preparation, all sales are final once report preparation has begun. If you have concerns about your report, contact us at support@myfloodreview.com and we will work to address them. We stand behind our work and will make reasonable corrections if factual errors are identified.

7. Accuracy of Information

Our reports are based on publicly available data that may not reflect the most recent map amendments, regulatory changes, or property-specific conditions. FEMA flood maps are updated periodically and conditions change. We make reasonable efforts to use current data but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy at any given point in time.

The accuracy of your report depends in part on the accuracy of information you provide. Inaccurate property information may affect report quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYFLOODREVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR REPORTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE OF OUR REPORTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Intellectual Property

Reports delivered to you are for your personal or business use only. The Flood Risk Intelligence™ methodology, report format, and website content are proprietary to MyFloodReview. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our reports or methodology without written permission.

11. Privacy
